throwing my gaze
at the same lane
at the same sun
on the same kids and women
at the same time
each day
while you sip down golden yellow cider
from your goblet
and your almost bare legs
with pink shorts spread
on the green chair in front of you
and you acknowledge
as well as I
how good life is
these days.
