Chalk Particles

my innocence
wrote love words
on a blackboard
with white chalk

your eyes saw
and blinked
the white duster
you picked

slowly wiped
the words
the heart started
to hurt

dust particles
on the floor spread
were the broken pieces
of my heart, now dead
