Life vs. Us

life seeks to…

teach us
we learn

change us
we adapt

end us
we fight

writers seek to…

teach us
with expressions

change us
with wisdom

end us
with truths

somewhere in the middle is reality…

      1. You’re absolutely right! Maybe subconsciously that was also a thought I’ve had. When I look back, many of the things I’ve learned, I’ve passed onto my children in the hopes they don’t make my mistakes. 🙂
