Me, your foolish admirer
One glance was all you required
You were my favorite quagmire
So why did you not call me?
Looked into your eyes straight
Asked you out on a formal date
Gave my heart to you on a plate
Left no room for a debate
So why did you not see me?
Saw me falling in deeper and deeper
Gave me hope. Made me a dreamer.
An optimistic stupid believer
Mistaken you for a keeper
But why did you not save me?
