Here’s some morning inspiration for all of you. I’ve been reading some inspirational quotes and listened to some inspirational songs just to get the strenght to sit down and study but it’s not helping. I just need to grab my book, grab some coffee and a kleenex for my tears and get this party started. #iwanttodie
Morning guys! So I woke up, had some oat meal and now I’m drinking my too strong for other people-no sugar-black as my soul coffee and literally I’m panicking over here. My last semester didn’t go as I planned and I still have three more exams to take and I’m freaking out because no matter how much I study I just constantly have the feeling I’ve done nothing.
I hope this feeling will go away with time because it’s making a terrible influence on my concentration and will power to study. I seriously hope you’re having a better Monday than me and if you have some advices on increasing my concentration level or generally some study tips feel free to share them with me! GOOD MORNING! Thought it would be a good idea to check in with you. I feel like happiness slapped me in the face. I’ve finally slept a whole night. The night before I went to bed around 3:30 and woke up at 7 because I had an exam and I was exhausted so I decided to take it easy after the exam. I even treated my fat self with some chocolate. It was so good, it’s the first time I’ve tried this one.
Besides my sleeping routing, my eating routine is also a big mess. I’m not some fit girl or anything like that but I just try to make healthy choices due to some of my health issues and it also makes me feel better but the last few weeks I’ve been living on junk food, sugar and coffee. I’ve decided to pick a better version this morning so I’m having my favorite cinnamon-banana-honey oatmeal and black coffee. When I’m done with my breakfast I’ll surf the internet a bit and then I’ll do some cardio. Haven’t done that in a while now.
Again today I’m in for hours of studying but at least at night I’m going out with my girl. We’re celebrating a birthday. Can’t wait to just have some fun and not be under all of this stress. Hope you’re also having some amazing plans for tonight. Have fun!

I had an awesome night yesterday! Me and my friends were in my friend’s apartment, drank a bit and had fun and around 2 in the morning we finally got out of there and went dancing. It was so awesome, I wish I had a picture or something to show you 🙂
I came home at 5 in the morning and got up an hour ago. For some reason I feel so happy and ready to work. I guess I really needed this night to let go and have fun. Hope you had a wonderful weekend as well and that you’ll rest today. I’m going to study italian and in the evening I think I’ll make something yummy to eat and watch TV. So I’ve been through a lot this week, from my illness to my exam, so I just decided to treat myself this morning with some pancakes.
I don’t think I ever talk about this, but I just loooooove food and also I’m big on healthy eating but not in the way that I’m going to judge people for not eating healthy or try to make you convince you should prep your meals in advance etc. I just eat mostly healthy for me and my pancakes are also semi-healthy so I will just put the recipe here if you want to try them.
- whole wheat flour
- 2 egg whites, one egg yolk
- baking powder
- honey, sugar, stevia or any other sweetener
- milk (low fat, almond, soy….)
Put the egg whites into a special bowl and mix them until you get an egg whites snow. In another bowl mix your egg yolk with some milk and add flour, baking powder and something to sweeten it up if you want to. Put the egg whites into the mixture with a wooden spoon. It’s important to do it like that so it keeps it’s texture.
Get some oil (I used coconut oil) into the pan and make little pancakes. If you didn’t add any sweetener into the mixture you can eat them with some honey, maple sirup or, like I did, with some jam. I buy this jam for years because it has a higher percentage of fruit and has some chunks of fruit in it and it’s sooooo delicious. Hope you like my recipe and that you’ll try it!
Still ill, still miserable but still holding on. I was running a bit of a fever yesterday while I was writing an exam so that didn’t go very well. I hope I’ll pass because I seriously don’t want to fail that exam and I need 70% to pass it.
Since I’m this miserable I thought that a nice bowl of oatmeal with bananas, flaxseed and honey will make things better but as soon as I started eating I realized I kind of lost my sense of taste and smell due to my illness. There’s nothing left to do than pop some pills and vitamin C. Have a good day.
I’m ill. I can’t do this anymore. There is nothing worse than realizing it’s not Friday than realizing it’s not Friday and that you’re ill. Does somebody have any advice on how to stop this crazy nose of mine from running all the time? I don’t know how I’ll survive being on the university until 6. Goooooosh.
