Poem #65

I miss you when the alcohol level
rises up in my bloodstream.
The world is spinning, I don’t know how
I made it to my bed but still my mind
somehow finds the strenght to
remember every small detail of
your skin.

  1. How true this poem is …it’s the details we remember…

  2. It is odd, those nuances of others that get imprinted on our soul, always present despite what we tell our mindset to believe.

  3. Beautiful and true

  4. Midnight poem full of tenderness.
There is nothing better than fresh mountain air, snow and hot tea. And fight with snowballs. 🙂

  5. I love a poem that says much more with much less. You nailed it here.

  6. It’s hard to shake love. Lovely, Luna. Wanted to stop by and say thank you for the follow on I Write Her. I do hope you enjoy my future thoughts as I will yours! 🙂
