The accomplished traveller

A different place,
by a different wall
he’s sat on the bed
where he knows he wont fall
The morning is bright
and sunny today
he’ll be off with his friend
for a picnic and play
He enjoys the beaches
but prefers the greens
for when sat at a picnic
he’s easier seen
The small yellow bear
who’s travelled by flight
and stays in a pocket
sometimes day, sometimes night
and he’ll enjoy his day
with you there on the beach
as you pick up bright shells

just within reach
