He saw me at my weakest
My most vulnerable self
And he chose to hold me close
And let my tears flow
Let the pain ooze out
Then wiped them dry
And planted a soft kiss on my forehead
And told me it will be okay
Truth is it will never be
But as long as he keeps holding me close
I’ll chose to believe that it will be okay
That it is okay
And as it is said,”we live by faith”
So I put mine in him
