What makes a good leader?
Talk is easy which is why talk is cheap. I don’t like when people just talk about how something needs to be done and pretend they have all answers while they do very, very little work.
I think that a lot of people who want to impose themselves as leaders in life, live under the belief that the rules do not apply to them but to everyone else and that they and they alone are the arbitrator of what’s right and wrong in everyone’s life.
Also, these faulty leaders just provoke anger and unrest where ever they step foot into, whether that be a work environment or private aspects of life such as family, relationships etc.
A true leader, in all aspects of life, is someone who leads by example. You cannot preach about ethics and moral if you are the shittiest person alive. You cannot talk about work and how it should be done when all you do is sit behind a desk spitting out orders.
But hey, that’s just my opinion.
