I went to the store to do some shopping and, as always, I’ll never leave the store without something that wasn’t on the shopping list. Today it was a squid.
All you need is some squid, pasta, zucchini, tomatoes, olive oil, onions and spices. While the pasta is cooking put the olive oil into the pan and cook your chopped up onion until golden brown. Add the squid, zucchini and tomatoes and season with some pepper and salt. I also used granulated garlic.
When the pasta is done just throw it into the pan, mix it all up and if you want you can add some more spices. The tomatoes will be like a sauce and the squid will give it all a nice flavor. I ate it with some toasted bread and arugula salad. Hope you like it!
Bon Appetit to meee. So this is one of my favorite kinds of lunch where I mix pasta with veggies and chicken. Well, you can assume that one of the languages I study is Italian when I eat this much pasta.
My pasta sauce is kind of improvised. I threw in some onions onto heated olive oil, then some tomatoes and spices. It turned out pretty good. I also have this tendency to put cayenne pepper into everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. I like my food spicy.

So I’ve been through a lot this week, from my illness to my exam, so I just decided to treat myself this morning with some pancakes.
I don’t think I ever talk about this, but I just loooooove food and also I’m big on healthy eating but not in the way that I’m going to judge people for not eating healthy or try to make you convince you should prep your meals in advance etc. I just eat mostly healthy for me and my pancakes are also semi-healthy so I will just put the recipe here if you want to try them.
whole wheat flour
2 egg whites, one egg yolk
honey, sugar, stevia or any other sweetener
milk (low fat, almond, soy….)
Put the egg whites into a special bowl and mix them until you get an egg whites snow. In another bowl mix your egg yolk with some milk and add flour, baking powder and something to sweeten it up if you want to. Put the egg whites into the mixture with a wooden spoon. It’s important to do it like that so it keeps it’s texture.
Get some oil (I used coconut oil) into the pan and make little pancakes. If you didn’t add any sweetener into the mixture you can eat them with some honey, maple sirup or, like I did, with some jam. I buy this jam for years because it has a higher percentage of fruit and has some chunks of fruit in it and it’s sooooo delicious. Hope you like my recipe and that you’ll try it!
Hello world, hope you all are having a nice day. I’m having lunch and after that I’ll go to the beach and try to get me a nice tan.
This is a really fast and easy recipe. All you have to do is cook your pasta and on the side place olive oil onto a frying pan, and place some onions on top and cook it all on medium heat. Add the rest of your vegetables, I went with paprika, and when it’s all nice and soft add half a can of tuna (if you are cooking for one). Mix it all on medium heat and add your cooked pasta. Serve with some salad. I chose rukola. Bon appetit!
Good morning everyone. I’m spending a lazy morning in my apartment because my roommate will be gone for the whole day. My breakfast consists of whole wheat toast, peanut butter, grapefruit and some other fruit. I think I’ll just go to the beach by myself and rest. I’m trying to make the best of these few days that I have before my university lectures start. What are you doing today? 😀
