Pharmaceutical Withdrawals

Losing grip on reality,
Trying to maintain my sanity,
Trying to help humanity,
Through this mundanity,
I don’t know how long I have left,
But I am distressed and emeshed,
Drowing in torturous pain
I want to leave this game.
I am aflame.
Dying slowly.
