Write about your first computer.
I think that a lot of people born in the 90s and before have the same experience regarding this. I think we all had those big, chunky white computers which were sooooo slow. I still vividly remember it. I used to play Super Mario on it.
Those were the good old days, when tech progress did not interfere with democracy and basic human rights.
After we replaced that computer, we didn’t throw it away and then I had a genius idea. Being an aspiring writer since I learned to read and write, I wanted my personal computer. I had my own room for the first time and I talked my friend into helping me assemble that old computer back. I could already see myself hard at work on my writing ideas, spending long, long nights behind the keyboard creating my first masterpiece. So we went and we put the computer back together. And then we turned it on. And then there was a small explosion.
Luckily, no one was hurt and nothing was damaged besides my dreams of writing peacefully in my own room. It’s still a fun little story to retell.
Don’t forget that my first novel is available on Amazon: Little Rebellion
