If you could be a character from a book or film, who would you be? Why?
I decided to be honest and go with the first character that came to mind when I read this. I am a person that enjoys more than anything to be around bodies of water. It can be a lake, the sea, a river, basically anything as long as it’s water. Also, my favorite Disney movie is Moana. You see where I am going with this?
I would definitely want to be Moana. I haven’t watched Moana 2 and I am not going to because it’s probably a Disney cash grab that completely ruins the original story. In the first movie, I really loved the themes attached to her character and how disciplined and strong willed she is, how she handles her struggles and perseveres. I also love the fact that she lives on an island, surrounded by the ocean.
On the other hand, it’s funny for me to pick a character who sails the ocean when I, myself, can’t even swim well. My love for water and my skills are not compatible with one another.
But yes, Moana is my Disney princess so I would like to be her if I could.
