What skill would you like to learn?

I can’t drive. Not just a car. Ladies and gentlemen, I can’t even ride a bike. It’s my favourite embarrassing fun fact about me!

I have to admit that I do have a drivers license, I did pass my exam about 6 years ago, but I literally never got behind a wheel after passing it. I hated driving and I wasn’t helped by the fact that I am simply a disoriented person. I still get lost in my own city. While I passed all the written and other exams immediately, third time was the charm with the actual driving. Lucky for me, I live in a city that allows me to not be dependent on a car, but honestly I would like to have some interest in driving a car or some average skills at it. It’s a good skill to have and for now, I just have a plastic card saying that I can drive, not that I should. I always thought that, if I had been riding a bike my whole life, I would somehow be good at driving.

When it comes to the bike issue, I fell as a kid and never went back to it again. I also used to rollerblade as a kid, but I abandoned that too. I had a kid scooter and I have fond memories of it to this day. The only vehicle that never disappointed or hurt me, but I became to big for it and never bought a new one. The reason why I don’t have an e-scooter is because I work an office job and I will take any chance I can to actually walk and move around.

I think it’s safe to say that I am a quitter when it comes to means of transportation and I hope I will manage to change that one day.
