Prison Windows

I see strokes of white paint on the sky
Flocks of tired wings tainting the orange sun
Glimpses of people sprouting and withering
Nuances of poetry that the crickets sang
For I am the steel in the grills guarding a window

I am Aakarsh and I’m from India. I am a doctor by profession. Out sheer love, I express myself through poems and proses. Someday I would like to tell this whole world a greatest story that it has ever heard!!
