Those of you who saw my last YT video, might already know what my answer to this question will be.
Now, listen to me. Moist should not exist in the dictionary. I don’t know why and I don’t have a generally good explanation for it, but this word needs to go. It’s horrible, I hate saying it and I hate seeing it when I am looking for new recipes and someone describes the food as “moist”.
I know it’s the proper term to use and that using the synonym wet would be weird to say for food, but if we do it for long enough then it will catch on and we can zone out the word moist from the dictionary.
I am keeping this post short because I cannot keep on mentioning the-word-that-shall-not-be-named.

The response “correct” has become a thing in conversations in this area recently. It annoys me for some reason. I prefer “I agree” or “you’re right”. Right-e-o would even be better now and then. It’d at least make me laugh. Right-e-o, old chap!
‘Chuckle’ is up there for me, but I can’t say why. I do know that it’s a total turnoff if I’m reading a book and a character or characters chuckle. I don’t like ‘pickle’ either, but that’s mainly because they’re not something I like to eat. I could come up with more but that’ll do for now.
“Strategy”. I hate the word especially as it connotes an intemperance with anyone who hasn’t got their shit together. Take care, Julian
It’s not wanted, but it is somewhat needed. I really wouldn’t want a cake someone described as “damp”.
