They took everything

“Why did you leave me without telling me truth, I could’ve saved her, I would go looking for her! When did you stop looking for her? What am I supposed to do now,” I yelled at a tombstone that cannot give answers. I sat down and cried.

“They took everything from me,” the words from Lucy’s letter screamed in my head.

They.Took.Everything.

I no longer knew who I was because for the first time I felt a burning desire for revenge. I want to burn them all down. I want to see William Meyers beg for mercy at my knees. I want them hanged at the town’s square. I don’t want justice and a jury, I want to be the executioner.

They. Took. Everything.

There is danger in taking everything from someone because then a person has nothing left to lose. My family is dead, I have no friends, and he is… He doesn’t… I have nothing left to lose. It’s time to give them a piece of their own medicine. Even if it kills me too.

My debut novel Little Rebellion is available on Amazon. It would make me very happy if you take the time to read and review the book. For those of you who already got it, I am looking forward to hearing your opinion.

  1. I got it for Kindle. There’s a couple books I need to finish first but can’t wait to read it. I’ve enjoyed the previews!
