I have new tenants, it’s the couple I was crossing my fingers for. Hopefully, it will be a better experience than my previous one. We are signing the contract this weekend and I am finally done. That is the happy ending of that WEEK I had.
The not-so-happy ending is in the fact that the company that rented my apartment previously has still not paid what they owe me. I am giving them until the 15th because that was our contractual deadline for rent, but the fact that they haven’t even replied to me speaks volumes about how this is going to turn out.
But I am staying positive, maybe they just pay the rest out and I will finally be done with them. I think that this whole positivity attitude is the result of 18 degrees weather and the sun outside so I honestly hope for them that it doesn’t rain on the 15th if they haven’t paid the rest of the rent.
Love,
Luna

It sounds like you’ve been through quite a rollercoaster Luna. I’m really happy to hear that the new tenants are the ones you were hoping for, fingers crossed that this experience is a smoother ride than the last one. The situation with the previous company is definitely frustrating, but your positive outlook is impressive. It’s hard not to get bogged down by that kind of stress, but your optimism shines through. I’m also really glad you’re keeping yourself busy with creative projects, like your videos and poetry, sounds like you’re channeling a lot of your energy into positive things! I hope the 15th turns out to be a resolution for you, with or without the rain.
Best of luck with everything!
