What do you think gets better with age?
It’s me. I get better with years and on that note, Happy Birthday to me! I am still barely holding on to my twenties, it’s my 29th today. I already had a small celebration with one of my friends and this weekend I will have another one.
I haven’t “properly” celebrated my birthday in years, but for my next birthday I am going all out. Literally, all out, out of the country, flying to Italy for a Bad Bunny concert! But this year I am keeping it all small and simple.
All my birthdays after I turned 23 have been anxiety inducing because I have this big, big problem with aging and reaching my 30s that I know a lot of other people struggle with as well. There’s a lot of pressure in your 20s to figure things out and I haven’t done any of that and that is perfectly fine because I don’t feel like living on a timeline with rules and milestones anymore. Que será, será.
