Yellow on the outside, Brown on the inside

Have you been taking your meds ?

“Why” ? She asked “Let’s talk about it”she continued
NO ! ” talking about it only make it worse , it hurt talking about it , Can we just sit in silence for the rest of the session ?”

The name of my book is “Yellow on the outside, Brown on the inside”, it’s a short book of poems as i dealt with heartbreak , motherhood and dealing with anxiety and depression.
