Poem #335

Why do you overlook so much
the satisfaction of a simple touch?
A touch that glides down the skin like silk
waking up all the senses.

A touch that doesn’t have hidden intentions
easy and warm like the fall
Our bodies so close you couldn’t fit a needle between
while the rain is hitting the windowsill.

It’s simple and so rare
to draw pleasure from a longing stare
followed by the fingers playing with a strand of hair
ending in an innocent kiss on the forehead.

Intimacy at its finest
bare body in a safe embrace
serene and devoted to the beholder
who only holds beauty in his gaze

  4. Your words are like that touch. That was spectacular. Thank You! You are an inspiration to anyone with the desire to write.

  5. I’m unsure of any other way to contact you as of yet. Would you mind if I posted a link to your blog on my blog?

I really like your writings. You awaken something inside me I thought was dead. I believe others like me may be in a similar situation. I believe they would benefit from your work.

  6. How a simple conspicuous touch can reach the heart in special ways indeed.. beautiful
