Hello guys,
I am back with a new video. I haven’t posted in two weeks and today I jumped back into my kitchen and made a little video for you. The original recipe was for hot pockets but I made sandwiches from the original recipe.

It’s very simple and doesn’t look perfect but it’s really good with a side of roasted veggies or potatoes.

Re: the leg – I have a lot of trouble with my left leg at times and it’s mostly due to issues I have with pinched nerves. I have one in my neck and one in my hip that acts up from time to time. Nothing I have to have surgery for (yet at least!), but annoying when it acts up. Usually it passes on it’s own, but when it doesn’t, I do stretches that are geared towards sciatica sufferers and they help a bit. I’m not a medical pro by any stretch, just saying what helps for me.
Your inclination to rest it initially is probably a good call. Good luck!
