I am freeeeeeee. I finally got everything right with my apartment and it’s ready to be rented out again. We painted the walls, cleaned everything (which took a while) and I got a professional cleaner to clean the mattresses and the couch and everything finally smells nice and not like someone’s filthy socks.
We did it in record time because we had some people on speed dial and my sister’s friend does professional cleaning on the side so we had a lot of people who made time for us. Yesterday, I met with the first potential future tenants and I loved them. They are a couple and they are really nice but they asked for a day or two to think it all over so I told them that I will keep the apartment reserved for them until they decided which way to go. Hopefully, the answer will be yes in a few days.
When I finally got home last night, I felt like I was walking on clouds when I got under the shower and got into my comfy robe afterwards. It’s the little things in life that count.
Love,
Luna
