Describe one positive change you have made in your life.
I know my outlook on life has changed a lot when I actually came up with several changes, instead of just listing everything that I have not done/accomplished and that has gone wrong.
I think that a very important positive change for me has been starting therapy. It completely changed my life. I’ve been going for quite some time and it has helped me face my struggles, identify a lot of problems and work towards a solution.
Some other changes that I see as positive is implementing a workout regime, starting to belly dance, fixing my diet, working on my writing, meditating daily and so many more. The only problem with all of this is that change is scary and sometimes you simply do not have time to do everything that you want to do. I have stretched myself thin in some areas so now I am working on reorganizing my life a bit. But the important part for me is that I will not quit and I have started to fight against my impulse to just drop everything, hide in my apartment, eat, sleep and rot in bed. I am aware of the fact that this might come back and I might fall down again, but I have definitely built up a stronger support system and I feel safer.
Love,
Luna

Wonderful ♥️
Those all sound like wonderful changes
Luna, I love how you’re embracing the work in progress. Therapy, fitness, belly dancing—that is the spirit of change! But here’s my twist: I used to live for fixing everything too, thinking that change meant constant striving. The most positive shift I made was realizing that simply living—without needing every moment to be “productive” or “fixed”—is its own form of progress. So, here’s to your growth, and to living with what is, even when things are a bit messy. You’re already winning. 🦋💪
Wonderful, thanks for sharing this
