stalking shadow creeps
fringes of fear, dread; changeling
the screaming visage
darkness furred and bestial
uncontrolled, always stalking
shape
shifter
lurks in dreams
seeks release in
blood
fluctuating moonlight
phased earthbound changes – howling
four-footed, I run
speed of the night, I bristle
shuddering, return to me
