Poem #373

The winds came in strong,
nothing held a chance.
As they lifted the leaves up
everything started to change.

Howling and whistling
it whispered to the sleeping city.
It was time to clean out the air
Take away the old
The cold embrace of autumn
didn’t feel like a foe.

Don’t forget that my first novel is available on Amazon: Little Rebellion
Also you can get my poetry books: Rehab and Identity crisis
