Sun, sweat and AC

I am melting. Why is it this hot outside while I am NOT ON A BEACH? I don’t think that I am asking for too much, but I will tell you what my birthday wish is. I want an apartment with AC. That’s it, a very small request. My birthday is on July 16th, and I will be waiting for the keys of my new place.

It is so uncomfortably hot outside. It’s the kind of hot when my appetite goes down because it’s just to hot to cook or eat or move or work.

I honestly hope no one from the building around mine has a view of my apartment because I am not walking around my apartment dressed completely because I do not have air-conditioning and I have to get creative.

The whole fan situation is also not working out, it’s giving me a headache so every now and then I have to turn it off. I wake up every morning and my hair is almost completely wet. This apartment I live in is not very functional because in the winter when I have the heat on, it does not retain heat and in the summer I cannot cool it down.

My mom is planning on installing AC and if she does that I have a strong feeling I will be going home for a longer period of time.

I finally managed to go to the orthopedist yesterday regarding my knees and I did the x-ray on the same day. It’s nothing serious but I will have to undergo some physical therapy, nothing major.

That is it from me for now. I am going to go and dream about beaches, cocktails, the sea and the waves.
