God, I don’t want to go to work tomorrow. And it isn’t because of my job, it’s because winter has actually arrived to Croatia.
While we had spring weather during Christmas, this Friday it was actually snowing, the temperatures are below 0 and I don’t like it. I prefer summer, the cold is not for me and just thinking about dragging my ass out of bed tomorrow and walking to work while it’s -10 outside makes me want to cry.
I also have another stupid problem that I caused. I started to mainly wear dresses this year for no particular reason and I stopped wearing and purchasing pants. I have like a pair or two and they are not in the best shape, one of them are too long for me because I never bothered to take them to the tailor so I don’t know what I am supposed to wear tomorrow. I guess some extra thick stockings will have to do the trick. Luckily, the weather should get better starting Tuesday.
I have ticked off my two major weekend to-do tasks which are cleaning and meal prepping and now I am going to have an early shower and snuggle up with a good book in order to kill the Sunday evening dread.

Cold here, too, in Western Massachusetts. About 12 with a wind-chill of 0. I just made banana, coconut, walnut, date bread; in the oven now. Listening to Steely Dan.
I also dislike cold weather. I was raised on the border between the US and Canada. It gets cold there. I live in Florida now and it is usually warm, but it got almost to 0 this morning and I didn’t want to walk my dog. He didn’t really want to go outside either.
I’m curious so I will look up the yearly weather in Croatia when I get home from work. I have to leave here in a few minutes. It’s warmer now than it was this morning.

I like the cold, but around here it’s currently in the single digits due to the wind chill. Even by my standards, that’s cold lol
4 out of 7 days forecast for rain/snow this week, so that could be fun 😄
