Everything Eve felt in the last few weeks was confusion, disgust, rage, suffering, pain and now she let it all disappear together with the rest of the world. She melted in his arms, her head tilted back and without thinking she brought her hands up to his. She slowly caressed the hand holding her waist and intertwined her fingers with his on her chest and he let her. Nox took a deep breath, felt the familiar smell of her hair and his fingers dug into her skin. He lost all control around her.
